Finding Your vCard Links

You can use vCards to easily share contact information. They’re used by most major contact management apps. With vCard linksyou can give access to your contact info to your audience. 

You can find your vCard links by clicking “Vcard links” in the left menu of your dashboard. Or you can find it by clicking on your name in the top menu and then “Vcard links.

vCard Links Information

You will see the following page:

  1. Vcard link: Click this to create a new vCard link.
  2. Export: Download data on your vCard links for review or analysis. Options are CSV, JSON or PDF format.
  3. Filters: Search or sort the list of vCards. You can also set the results per page from here.
  4. Name: The name of your vCard link. Clicking this will allow you to change settings for the link.
  5. Vcard link URL: The Short URL you’ve assigned to your vCard link. Clicking this will download your vCard.
  6. Project: The project you’ve assigned this vCard link to.
  7. Total pageviews: The total number of times visitors have accessed your vCard. Clicking this will load a page to show other statistics about your vCard link.
  8. Created on: The date you created the vCard link.
  9. Updated on: The most recent date you updated the vCard.
  10. Change Status: Toggle the vCard link active or inactive. Visitors cannot download inactive vCard links.
  11. Copy to clipboard: Copy the file Short URL to paste somewhere else.
  12. Open the submenu:

  1. Edit: Click this to edit your vCard link.
  2. Statistics: View statistics about your vCard link, such as page views.
  3. Create QR: Takes you to create a QR code based on your vCard link. This allows visitors to access your vCard by scanning with their phone.
  4. Duplicate: Creates a new vCard link with the same info as the selected one.
  5. Delete: This permanently removes your vCard link. Make sure you’re certain before clicking this, as it cannot be undone.

Create a vCard Link

From the vCard links page, click on the “Vcard link” button in the top-right corner.

Next, enter your Short URL. This is any URL you want visitors to use to access your vCard.

When you’re finished, click “Create Vcard URL.”

Edit the file as needed.

Edit a vCard Link

To edit a vCard link, click on the name of the link you wish to edit. If you just created a new vCard link, you’ll arrive on the edit page automatically.

  1. Link: This is the link to your vCard. Clicking this will access your vCard.
  2. Buttons for controlling the vCard link. These are the same as on the main page.
  3. Short URL: Enter here to change your short URL.
  4. Avatar: An image to portray you in compatible contact systems. Click Choose File to select a file from your computer to upload.
  5. Name: Enter your first name and last name.
  6. Email: Enter your email here.
  7. Website URL: The address of your website.
  8. Company: Your company name.
  9. Job Title: Your Job Title.
  10. Birthday: Your date of birth.
  11. Address: Your address.
  12. Note: Any extra information you want to include with your contact info.
  13. Phone Numbers: Add one or more phone numbers.
  14. Socials: Add your social media accounts.
  15. Pixels: Set which tracking Pixels are active for your link.
  16. Temporary URL: Set your vCard to only be available for a limited time or limited number of clicks.
  17. Protection: Set password protection or sensitive content warnings on the link. 
  18. Advanced: Connect the link to a project or add a splash page when visitors click the link.
  19. Update: Updates your vCard link with the changes on this page. Remember to click this when you’re finished to save your changes.
