Finding Your Projects
Projects are a way you can connect related resources to organize them. It also gives one place to access stats and data from links and biolinks blocks.
To find projects, navigate to “Projects” on the left menu on your dashboard. You may need to scroll down to find it.

Projects Information
You will find the following page:
- Create project: Click here to create a new project.
- Export: download metadata related to your projects. File options are CSV, JSON and PDF.
- Filters: Search or sort the list of projects. You can also set the results per page from here.
- Bulk actions: You can click here to select and delete multiple projects at once.
- Name: This is the name you gave to your project. You can click here to edit your project.
- Color: The color you assigned to your project. This color ensures different projects look different at a glance. For example, when looking at links assigned to a project, the project name will be color-coded.
- Links: Loads a page showing all Hook2.us links assigned to this project.
- Data: View all data collected by biolinks pages assigned to this project.
- QR codes: View all QR codes assigned to this project.
- Guest payments: View all payments guests made on biolink pages assigned to this project.
- Signatures: View all email signatures assigned to this project.
- Created on: The date you created the project on Hook2.us.
- Updated on: The most recent date you updated the project on Hook2.us.
- Submenu: Open the submenu:

- Edit: Click here to edit your project.
- Delete: Permanently removes this project from your account. Make sure you’re certain before clicking this, as it cannot be undone.
Create or Edit a Project
To edit an existing project, click on the name of the project. To create a new project, click on “Create project” in the top-right corner.

You’ll see the following form to create or edit your project:
- Name: Enter a name to give to this project. You can use this to recognize your project on Hook2.us.
- Color: Select a color to assign to this project. You can use this color to recognize different projects at a glance.
- Click “Create” or “Update.” Which word appears depends on whether you’re creating a new project or editing an existing one.
