Forgot Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can get a link to create a new one. First, navigate to the Sign In page by clicking the “Sign in” button on the top menu.

Near the bottom of the Sign In page, there is a “Lost Password” link. Click that.
You will need to enter the email associated with your account. You will also need to complete a Captcha to prove that you are human. This is to help protect your account from bots trying to access it.
Next, click “Send me a recovery link.” The app will check for an account that matches your email and send a recovery link to that address.
Check your inbox for an email with the subject “Reset your password” and click on it. It may take a couple minutes to arrive. As usual, check your spam folder if you can’t find it.
Click the “Reset Password" link. This will take you back to the app where you’ll be able to enter your new password. Enter a new password that’s secure and that you will remember easily. Enter the same password a second time under “Repeat your new password.” You can see the password in either box by clicking the eye icon in the top right.
When you have finished, click “Set password.” The new password will now be your account password for signing in.
Edit Account Settings
You can find account settings under "Account." You can find the link by clicking on your name either on the dashboard menu or the homepage menu.

Here you can edit these account options:
- Change Settings
- Change Billing Details
- Enable or Disable Two-Factor Authentication
- Change password
Change Settings
You can change basic account settings, such as name, email, time zone, etc.
- Name: Change your name here.
- Email: Change your email here if you’d like to use a different email for login or communications with us.
- Timezone: Change which time zone you’re in. This will affect times that get displayed on Hook2.us.
- Anti phishing code: You can enter a code of your choosing here. Emails you receive from Hook2.us will include this code so you can confirm it is from us.
- Referral key: You can give this referral key to others you convince to sign up on Hook2.us. See Referrals to see benefits you could gain.
- Newsletter subscribed: Toggle whether you’d like to receive newsletter emails from us. These might include updates and opportunities for discounts. We won’t spam you.
Remember to click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes when you’re done.
Change Billing Details
You can change your billing details here.
Note: You can’t change the billing details while you have an active subscription.
- Type: The type of your billing account, personal or business.
- Name: This is the name connected to your billing account.
- Address: Your billing address, including street address, city, county/state/province, ZIP code and country.
- Phone: The phone number connected to your billing account, if any.
- Additional notes: Any other information you’d like included in your invoices. This is optional.
Remember to click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes when you’re done.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) here. You can also disable it from here.
- Enable Two-factor authentication: Select “Yes” from the dropdown to enable 2FA or “No” to disable it. If you disable it, this is all you need to do. If you enable it, you’ll need to complete the following steps:
Note: If “Enable Two-factor authentication” is set to “No”, the rest of the form will not be visible.
- Connect your mobile authenticator app (for example, Authy or Google Authenticator) to Hook2.us. There are two options:
- Scan QR code: Within your chosen mobile authenticator app, you can scan QR codes. Scanning this QR code will add authentication for your Hook2.us account. If for any reason you’re unable to scan the QR code, you can enter a secret code instead.
- Secret code: Enter this secret code into your authentication app to set up authentication for your Hook2.us account. You only need to do this if you’re unable to scan the QR code.
- Enter freshly generated token: When you set up your authentication using step 2a or 2b above, your authentication app will give you an authentication token. Enter that into this space.
Remember to click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes when you’re done.
Change Password
If you need to change your password, you can do so here.
Note: This requires you to enter your current password to set a new password. If you can’t remember the password, you can log out and use the lost password link on the login screen to change it. View Forgot Password.
- Current password: You must enter your current password to change your password. This is to make sure you have access to the account before you change the password.
- New password: Enter your new password here.
- Repeat password: Re-enter the new password here to make sure you entered it correctly.
You can view any of these entered passwords by clicking the eye to the right of the input.
Remember to click “Update” at the bottom of the page to save your changes when you’re done.
Manage App Preferences
You can find app preferences under "Preferences" in the menu. You can find this by clicking on your name either on the left menu of your dashboard or the top menu of the homepage.

You will see the following page:
- Default results per page: This controls how many items appear by default on lists on Hook2.us, such as links, data and payments. You can change this on a case-by-case basis on each page.
- Default results order: Select whether you want results sorted in ascending or descending order by default. You can change this on a case-by-case basis on each page.
- Update: Click here to save your changes when you’re finished.
Manage Plan
You can view and manage your Hook2.us subscribed plan from the plan page. You can find the page under "Plan" in the menu. You can find this by clicking your name either on the left menu of your dashboard or the top menu of the homepage.

You will see the following page:
- Plan name: This is your current plan.
- Plan renewal: This tells you the renewal date of your plan and the amount that will be charged.
- Renew/Change Plan: Click here to upgrade or downgrade your plan. You’ll be able to choose your new plan and then will be directed to payments. View Payments.
- Plan features: The list of features included in your current plan is here.
- Cancel Subscription: Click here to cancel your subscription. You’ll still be able to make use of your current plan until the expiry date, after which you’ll no longer have access to your plan features. Make sure you’re certain you want to cancel before clicking.
Redeem Codes
If you have a discount code, you can redeem it for a discount on a particular plan. This can be useful to get a discount on signup or upgrade. To redeem your code, navigate to your account page, then click “Redeem code” at the top of the page. See Edit Account Settings.
Note: if you redeem a code for a plan, your current plan will be overwritten. Make certain that you want the new plan before going ahead.
You will see the following page:
- Plan: Select the plan you will purchase using the discount from the dropdown.
- Code: Enter your discount code here.
- Submit: Click here to submit your discount code. The code will be confirmed and then you will be guided through payment. See Payments for more.
View Past Payments
You can find the payments page under "Payments" in the menu. You can find this by clicking your name either on the left menu of your dashboard or the top menu of the homepage.

You’ll see the following page:
- Export: Download the data from all your payments. Valid formats are CSV, JSON and PDF.
- Filters: Search or sort the list of payments. You can also set the results per page from here.
- Plan name: The name of the plan that you paid for.
- Payment type: The type of payment (recurring vs one-time)
- Total amount: The total you paid on this payment.
- Processor: The payment processor used to manage the payment.
- Created on: The date Hook2.us processed the payment.
- Invoice: Click here to view an invoice of the transaction.
Clicking on “Invoice” shows the following page:
- Print: Print this invoice for your records. You can also use this to save as a PDF if your browser or a browser extension can print to PDF.
- Invoice: Metadata related to this invoice.
- Invoice Nr: The unique invoice number for this invoice. You can use this number to refer to this invoice in communications with us.
- Date: The date Hook2.us processed the transaction.
- Vendor: Business information related to the transaction. This includes a support email in case you have any questions or need help with anything.
- Customer: Your billing information used for this transaction.
- Plan: The information about the plan paid for, including name and cost.
- Total: The total amount paid on this transaction.
Referrals
Referrals allow you to get a bonus when you convince others to sign up with your referral link on Hook2.us. You can get your referral link or see how your referrals have benefited you under "Referrals" in the menu. You can find this by clicking on your name either on the left menu of your dashboard or the top menu of the homepage.

You will see the following page:
- Referral link: Copy and send this link to anyone you refer to Hook2.us. If they use the link and sign up, you’ll get bonus pay based on their first payment.
- Copy: Click here to copy the referral link to your clipboard. You can then paste it anywhere to send it to people you recommend Hook2.us to.
- Referrals: The total number of people who’ve signed up using your referral link.
- Paying referrals: The total number of referrals who’ve made at least one payment on a subscription.
- Pending commissions: The amount of bonus pay you’ve earned but is not yet confirmed.
- Approved commissions: The amount of bonus pay that’s been approved and ready for you to withdraw.
- Withdraw: Once you reach the minimum commission, you can request withdrawals using this form. This will send a message to our support so we can process your request. Click Submit when you’ve completed the form.
Account Logs
Account logs show your activity on Hook2.us. It offers a handy way to reference what you’ve done on the platform in the past. To view your logs, navigate to your account page, then click “Logs” at the top of the page. See Edit Account Settings.
You will see the following page:
- Export: Download the data from your logs. Valid formats are CSV, JSON and PDF.
- Filters: Search or sort the logs. You can also set the results per page from here.
- Type: This shows the type of action that you performed.
- IP: This is the IP address you connected from. This shows the device that was used.
- Device: This shows the type of device used (desktop, mobile, etc.)
- Continent: Which continent the device was in.
- Country: Which country the device was in.
- City: Which city the device was in.
- OS: Which operating system was on the device used.
- Browser: Which browser was used to access Hook2.us.
- Date: How long ago the action was performed. Hovering over this will give an exact date and time.
Logout
To logout of your account, click on your name in either the left menu of your dashboard or the top menu on the homepage.

Delete Account
If you wish to delete your Hook2.us account, you can do so from your Account page. Click on your name either in the left menu of your dashboard or the top menu on the homepage and then click “Account.” From here, click on “Delete account” on the menu at the top of the page.
Warning: This action cannot be undone. Once you’ve entered your password and clicked Delete, your account will be permanently deleted. We cannot recover the account for you. Make certain that this is what you want before going ahead.
You will need to enter your password to confirm that it is you who is deleting the account. Upon clicking the “Delete” button, your account will be permanently deleted.
