You will arrive here either by signing up for the first time, or by upgrading your account later. The first page shows the details of the plan you selected.
- Payment frequency: How often you will pay for the subscription, and how much.
- Payment method: The payment processor that will be used for the transaction. Currently, we use Authorize.net.
- Type of payment: One-time payment or Recurring. Currently, we only offer recurring payments for subscriptions.
- What you’ll get: All the features available for your chosen plan.
- Order summary: A summary of your chosen plan and this transaction:
- Plan: This is the plan you chose, for example Standard.
- Frequency: This is the same as 1. above. This is how often you will pay for your subscription.
- Type: This is the same as 3. above. One-time payment or Recurring.
- Paid with: This is the same as 2. above. The payment processor that will be used for the transaction.
- Price: This is the base cost of the Plan.
- I have a discount/redeemable code: If you have a code for Hook2.us, you can click this link to enter it. It will be applied as a discount on your final cost.
- Total: The total cost after discounts.
Review the plan details to make sure they match your expectations. Then click “Checkout” at the bottom of the page (number 6 in the image above).
On the next page, you will need to enter your payment details. For now, only credit cards are supported.
You will need to enter the following information:
- Total: This is the amount that you will pay.
- Cardholder Full Name: This must be your full name, as it appears on your credit card.
- Credit card information: Enter the credit card information you will use for the payment. Includes Card Number, Expiry Date (format MM/YY), and CSC.
- CSC is the 3–4-digit security code on your credit card. It’s sometimes called by other names such as CVC or CVV. It’s usually found on the back of the card.
- ZIP: The ZIP code on your billing address. This is optional, but it helps us to link your billing info and your payment info.
When you’ve entered your information, click “Pay” at the bottom (number 5 in the image above). The app will send your information to the payment provider for processing. We will not store your payment information on our servers.
If you click Cancel (number 6 in the image above), it will cancel your transaction. If you are signing up for the first time, your account will be inactive, and you won’t be able to create a biolinks page.
If everything is successful, you will see a success confirmation page. Remember to allow up to 20 minutes for the changes to your account to take effect.
