With the right biolink blocks, you can collect payments on your biolink page. These can be donations from visitors or payment for products and services.
To set these up, you’ll need a payment processor to process the payments and a payment block on your biolink page.
Finding Your Payment Processors
To set up a payment processor, navigate to “Payment processors” in the left menu on your dashboard. You may need to scroll down to find the link.

Payment Processors Information
You’ll see the following page:
- Create payment processor: Click here to create a new payment processor.
- Export: Download metadata related to your payment processors. File options are CSV, JSON and PDF.
- Filters: Search or sort the list of payment processors. You can also set the results per page from here.
- Name: This is the name you gave to this payment processor. You can click here to edit your payment processor.
- Processor: The payment processor used her. For example, PayPal.
- Status: The status of this payment processor, whether it’s active.
- Created on: The date you created the payment processor on Hook2.us.
- Updated on: The most recent date you updated the payment processor on Hook2.us.
- Submenu: Open the submenu.
- (Under submenu) Delete: Permanently removes this payment processor from your account. Make sure you’re certain before clicking this, as it cannot be undone.
Create a Payment Processor
To create a new payment processor, click on “Create payment processor” in the top-right corner.

You will see the following form to create a new payment processor:
- Name: Enter a name for this payment processor. You can use this to identify the payment processor within Hook2.us.
- Processor: Select which processor you want to use to process payments.
- Create: Click here to create your payment processor.
Configure the payment processor as needed.
Edit a Payment Processor
To edit an existing payment processor, click on the name of the payment processor. If you just created a new payment processor, this page would load automatically.
- Name: You can change the name of this payment processor here.
- Processor: You can change which processor you use for processing payments here. E.g., PayPal or Stripe.
- Mode (PayPal only): Select whether to process payments as live or sandbox.
- & 5. Processor-specific info: Authentication information required to submit payments. The information needed differs from processor to processor, but usually involves some sort of ID and a secret key.
- Instructions: Click here to see instructions for setting up the payment processor on the processor’s end (e.g., PayPal or Stripe). You need to follow these instructions so the processor will accept your payments.
- Click “Update” to finish your updates. Remember to click this to save all changes you’ve made.

- PayPal
- Stripe
- Crypto.com
- Razorpay
- Paystack
- Mollie
Finding Your Guest Payments
When visitors make payments on your biolink page, you can find the information here.
To view guest payments, navigate to “Guest payments” on the left menu of your dashboard. You may need to scroll down to find it.

Guest Payments Information
You’ll see the following page:
- Export: Download all your guest payments data. Valid formats are CSV, JSON, and PDF.
- Filters: Search or sort the data. You can also set the results per page from here.
- Name: This is the name of the payer. Some blocks, such as Product, don't collect the name and will say “Unknown” here.
- Email: You can see the user’s email here if the block collects it.
- Type: The type of block that collected this payment. For example, you’ll see “Product” here if it was payment for selling a product. Clicking this will bring you to the biolink edit page where you can find the collecting block.
- Amount: This is the amount paid, along with the currency.
- Processor: This is the payment processor used for the payment. For example, PayPal.
- Created on: The date the visitor made this payment.
- Opens the submenu.
- (Under submenu) Delete: Permanently removes this data from your account. Make sure you’re certain before clicking this, as it cannot be undone.
