Sign Up

Signing up to Hook2.us is easy. First, click on either the “Sign up” button or the Pricing link in the menu at the top of the page. 

Next, select a Plan that fits your needs by clicking “Choose Plan.” You can see a more detailed breakdown of the features of each plan on the Pricing page.

Steps:

1. Create account
2. Confirm your email
3. Enter Billing Information
4. Payment

Create account

Once you’ve selected your plan, you’ll see the Sign Up page as shown below: 

This page asks for a few pieces of information to create your account. 

1. Name: This is your name that you will use in the app, and we will use in our communications with you.
2. Email: This is the email you will use for login, and we will use to contact you.
3. Password: Enter a password that is secure and that you find easy to remember. This is how you’ll be able to access the app later. You can click the eye icon in the top-right corner to view the password that you enter.
4. You will also need to complete a Captcha to prove you are human.
5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The usual account sign up stuff.
6. (optional) You can also choose to sign up for the newsletter. This isn’t required, but it’s free and you can unsubscribe at any time if you don’t find it helpful.
7. Once you’ve completed all the above, click Register.  

If everything is good, you’ll see a message telling you that a confirmation email was sent to you.

If you already have an account, you can click “Sign in” to go to the sign in page instead (Number 8 in the image above).

Confirm your email

Navigate to your email account and look for an email with the subject that says “Confirm your new account.” It could take a couple minutes to arrive in your inbox. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder, as usual. The email will look like this:

When you find it, you’ll want to click “Activate your account.” This will be a link back to Hook2.us and will verify your email address. You’ll see a page asking you to enter your billing information. 

Enter Billing Information

The billing information will be necessary for processing your subscription payments. The page looks like this:

This page asks for a few pieces of information:

1. Type: This is your account type, which can be Personal or Business.
2. Name: The name on your account.
3. Address: Your full billing address.
4. Phone: The phone number associated with your billing address, if any

Once you have entered your billing information, click “Update & continue to … checkout” (number 5 in the image). The text on the button will include the name of your plan. In the example it is “Multi-Location Business.”

This will take you to the page on payment. View Payments.
